Brief Introduction
Metal (Gcr15,100Cr6,52100,SUJ2) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls,High precision chrome (high carbon) steel balls contain chromium.They offer superior wear resistance, high hardness and high load bearing capacity as a result of through-hardening.
The finest quality chrome steel produced in accordance with the highest industry standards. These high precision G40 ball bearings are hot forged from bar stock. Modern furnaces with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treating to assure uniform hardness and proper microstructure for each Stainless steel ball.
Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Applications that are ideal for chrome balls include tumbling media, ball bearings,Wind Turbine Bearing, linear motion components.most widely used in various industires.
Properties
Although these chromium steel balls have good rust resistance, but it is recommended to use a dry cloth to wipe clean after use and apply a layer of oil, so that they have better rust resistance, to extend their service life.
Besides the size of 39.6875mm, we make non-standard size, from 39.588mm to 39.80mm, such as grade and precision are met the requirements.
Service
After precision cleaning, oiling & before packing sample balls from the batch are sent for final inspect to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness, according to specified control plans and inspection procedures. Inspection report is prepared for the customer once all requirements are met.
