Description
Chrome (GCr15,SUJ2,52100,100Cr6) is a universal material for many applications,also called bearing steel balls, is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good superior performance and excellent wear characteristics,resistance to deformation,high load bearing capacity and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering.
Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Applications that are ideal for chrome balls include tumbling media, ball bearings,wind turbine bearing, linear motion components. most widely used in various industires.
Although these chromium steel balls have good rust resistance, but it is recommended to use a dry cloth to wipe clean after use and apply a layer of oil, so that they have better rust resistance, to extend their service life.
Besides the standard size of 25.4mm(1"), we produced the non-standard sizerange, such as 25.37mm, 25.38mm, 25.39mm, 25.41mm,25.42mm, 25.43mm and other material like stainless steel, chrome steel also available.
