Introduction
Chromium (Gcr15SiMn, 100CrSiMn6-4,SUJ3) steel balls, also called bearing steel balls. The high-precision chromium steel ball contains chromium and has excellent surface quality and high bearing capacity due to being quenched.
Throughout the manufacturing process, statistical process control can ensure tolerance accuracy, good surface finish and consistent high quality. It is most widely used in the ball and roller bearing industry and various wind power applications.
The chromium ball is made of the highest quality chromium alloy steel and is quenched to achieve maximum strength and service life. Ideal applications for chrome balls include rolling media, spray tank mixing, ball bearings, wind turbine bearings, and linear motion components. The most widely used in various industries.
Although these chrome steel balls have good anti-rust properties, it is recommended to wipe them clean with a dry cloth and apply a layer of oil after use to make them have better anti-rust properties and extend their service life
We mainly produce chromium steel with a size of 7.9375mm to 82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn.Most importantly, we can customize our products to suit various needs of our customers.
The ball has high precision, good surface smoothness, standard hardness and excellent wear resistance. Our products have been widely exported to Europe, America, Japan, Korea etc.
GCr15 notice:
1. The residual copper content (melting analysis) of the steel for bearing steel pipes should not exceed 0.2%.
2. The oxygen content is measured on the billet or steel.
3. The sulfur content (melting analysis) of wire rod steel should not exceed 0.02%.
