Description
Chrome steel balls demonstrate high hardness, resistance to deformation, and excellent wear characteristics. Chrome balls are manufactured from the highest quality chrome alloy steel and through-hardened for maximum strength and service life. Applications that are ideal for chrome balls include tumbling media, spray can agitation, ball bearings, drawer slides, writing instruments, vibratory finishing, linear motion components, check valves and locking mechanisms.
We mainly produce chrome steel with sizes ranging from 7.9375 mm to 82.55 mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn. Our balls are mainly used in the wind energy industry.

Thrust ball bearing has a gasket-shape ring with a rolling ball groove which makes thrust ball bearings can bear thrust load on high speed rolling. As the gasket-shape ring lookes like cushion, thrust ball bearings are divided into flat cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, according to the bearing force, thrust ball bearings are seperated into single direction thrust ball bearings and double direction thrust ball bearings. Thurst ball bearings could bear axial load only. |
