Introduction
Good overall performance, good cutting performance after spheroidizing annealing, high and uniform hardness after quenching and tempering, high wear resistance and contact fatigue strength, and good thermal processing performance. Contains more alloying elements and is cheaper. GCr15 steel is the most used and produced high carbon chromium bearing steel, and is widely used in the world. However, it has strong white spot sensitivity, poor welding performance, high and uniform hardness, and good wear resistance. Used to make small cross-section quenched and tempered parts with larger load and large normalized parts with less stress.
High requirements for smelting quality of bearing steel, and the content and distribution of sulfur, phosphorus and non-metallic inclusions need to be strictly controlled, because the content and distribution of non-metallic inclusions have a great impact on the life of bearing steel. The basic quality requirements for bearing steel are purity and uniform organization. Purity means that there are fewer impurity elements and non-metallic impurities, and the uniform structure means that the carbides in the steel should be fine and evenly distributed. The higher the amount of inclusions, the shorter of the life span. In order to improve the quality of smelting, electric furnace smelting and electroslag remelting have been used recently, and new processes such as vacuum smelting and vacuum consumable refining can also be used to improve the quality of bearing steel.

Firstly we pack the balls in cartons For each cartons,Then, we pack our balls using wooden pallet(Plywood) in our export business:
Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof) at first, then put the ball carton into the pallet, and fix the pallet.
Generally, we offer neutral packing and can according to your requirements.
