Introduction
GCr15 steel is a kind of high carbon chromium bearing steel with low alloy content, have good performance and most widely used in various industires. it has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance and high contact fatigue performance after quenching and tempering. After spheroidizing annealing, it has good workability, but it is sensitive to the formation of white spots.
Mainly used to manufacture steel balls, rollers and bushings on drive shafts of internal combustion engines, electric locomotives, machine tools, tractors, rolling equipment, drilling machines, railway vehicles and mining machinery.
We follow the strict production process, and strict production quality control, to provide Top Quality, Top Service for the purpose of customer satisfaction. Such as inspection of raw materials → Cold heading process → Flashing process → heat treatment → hard grinding → lapping → eddy current tested by AVIKO → Cleaning → appearance inspection → Cleaning and Oil → Re-inspection → packaging.
After precision washing, oiling & before packing sample balls from the batch are sent for final inspect to check for surface roughness, roundness, waviness, lot size variation and hardness, according to specified control plans and inspection procedures. Inspection report is prepared for the customer once all requirements are met.
We mainly produce chrome steel with sizes ranging from 7.9375mm to 82.55mm. The main material is high chromium GCR15 or GCR15SiMn.
